Ballerina #18
Ballerina 18 is now official - she has made the transition from a sketch on paper to a finished piece on linen. She now has some proper lighting and a soft shadow to ground her. She is 18x24 on linen panel.
I think her expression has changed ever so slightly since she migrated, she's now thinking like an aristocrat, "A good grounding set's one up for life ... don't you know?!"
Brilliant movement from imagination to actual imagery ... I do enjoy your work so much, Susan.
Oh yes, she is 'grounded' now, she is lovely!
