Another Ballerina Steeplechase Attempt


My ballerinas are certainly broadening their horizons and skillsets. 20x16 oil on canvas panel.

    Love, love, love it!!! The ballerina and her steed both look so very determined, while the other horse and rider seem to be looking askance at the Dynamic Duo. :) I notice the dancer has her heels down this time - good rider.

      Yes, they are very focused and intent on the task at hand - both ballerina and her steed as extremely competitive! I noticed that her form improved as well - she must be getting some good advice! Thanks for your observations, Kathryn :).

    Oh my, this made me chuckle the moment I saw it! Aside from the masterful brushwork, I just love the way you think entirely out of the box when it comes to subject! Fantastic perspective by the way - It's almost bursting through the canvas! :0)
