FANTASTIC painting, Susan. So full of motion..I love your previous one as well..I hope to see more of them! Somehow I missed the painting of your daughter with her "pink hat"...Beautifully painted.!!! Love it.
Still sick, brain not working. This is brilliant! You are taking horses to another plane. I won't say you are anthropomorphizing them - that would be insulting to the Horse, in my book. What else can I say? It is genius!!!
So sorry to hear you are still under the weather and hope it won't be much longer until you are back to normal. Thank you for the kind words - I am stretching equine athletics (antics) to the utmost with these recent paintings. I have no intention of anthropomorphizing the horses but each viewer may see something different. In my mind, they are completely equine!
I would agree about a series and I will enjoy every one of them. This one is as wonderful and the previous piece and I love the title.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Julie - and I am really enjoying your 30 paintings in 30 days. You are extremely accomplished!
DeleteWhat a wonderful happy horse! Yes, a series!
ReplyDeleteI hope it becomes a series. I am kind of excited by this subject as an expression of form and emotion.
Deleteliking liking liking!!
ReplyDeleteLOL - that means a lot coming from such an accomplished animal artist! Thanks, Debbie.
