Trying To Get the Rust Out

Trying to get the rust out - its not easy after a long hiatus. This is were I am with today's effort. Yesterday was a day of all wipe offs - so I have made a little progress. At least this one made it this far! There are several areas I am not happy with and will address them later. 12x16 oil on linen.

Hi, Pam - thanks so much. It seems my attempts are always tighter than Iintend when I am trying to get back into the groove of things!
Thanks, Mick - glad to be able to inspire you! :) That makes my day!
LOL - thanks Kelley - sometimes shaking things up (such as plein air or taking a haitus or experiementing with new techniques) and then trying to get back to a comfort zone takes us to places we only dreamed of - that is what I am hoping!
